For a long time it was only new construction that controlled building. The famous revolutions in building processes occurred in its wake. These include the rationalization of building production, the increasing degree of prefabrication and the dissolution of traditional union affiliations or the loss of regional building techniques as a result of expanded economic areas. However, with the decline in new construction, eyes are now turning to old buildings and the enormous potential of redeveloping the existing resources.
